WARRANTY POLICY

CONOTECH Australia warrants, from the Purchase Date, that all Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable Warranty Period: 3 years.
Alteration, modification, repair, attempted repair, improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, improper storage, failure to follow any product instructions, damage (whether caused by accident or otherwise), or any other improper care or handing of the products caused by anyone other than CONOTECH Australia authorised designee is excluded from warranty.

WARRANTY RETURN, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

To be eligible for warranty repair or replacement:

  1. Customer must notify CONOTECH Australia within thirty (30) days of discovering of any apparent defect in materials or workmanship.
  2. Customer must first obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number from CONOTECH Australia before returning a product for warranty service or repair.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with all RMA instructions provided by CONOTECH Australia including but not limited to adequately packaging the Product for shipment to CONOTECH Australia and for all packaging and shipping costs.  CONOTECH Australia will pay for the return of the product to the customer that CONOTECH Australia repairs or replaces under warranty.  CONOTECH Australia reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned product is covered under warranty.  If CONOTECH Australia determines that any returned product is not covered under warranty or is otherwise excluded from warranty coverage, CONOTECH Australia may charge the customer a reasonable handling fee and return the product to the customer, at the customer's expense, or offer the customer the option of handling the product as a non-warranty return.  CONOTECH Australia will contact the customer to discuss the options before charges apply.

NON-WARRANTY RETURN

The customer may request that CONOTECH Australia evaluates and services or repairs a product not covered under warranty, which CONOTECH Australia may agree to do in its sole discretion.  Before the customer returns a product for non-warranty evaluation and repair, the customer must contact CONOTECH Australia to request an evaluation and obtain an RMA.  The customer is solely responsible for complying with all RMA instructions provided by CONOTECH Australia including but not limited to adequately packaging the product for shipment to CONOTECH Australia and for all packaging and shipping costs.  Upon receipt of an authorised non-warranty return, CONOTECH Australia will evaluate the product and contact the customer regarding the feasibility and the costs and fees associated with the customer's request.  The customer shall be responsible for the reasonable cost of CONOTECH Australia's evaluation, for the cost of any repairs or services authorised by the customer, and for the cost of repackaging and returning the product to the customer.  Any non-warranty repair of a product is warranted for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of return shipment by CONOTECH Australia to be free from defects in materials and workmanship only.
